Figuring the star of life symbol, the Light identification bracelet enables you to inform emergency personnel about your medical condition (treatment, drug allergies, contraindication, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma …).
The possibility of engraving the back of the bracelet makes it more discreet if you don’t want everybody to be able to read your information. We recommend to mention on the front side of the plate that some data are available at the back.

This version is a standard front of the plate in French. Please check the other 2 versions of the Light model for a customization of the front side.

The plate is small, so is the text.
